GC Robertson provided structural engineering design for a high-performance, low-energy new build in rural Suffolk. Designed by Mobbs Architects, the 197m² timber-framed home was built to meet Future Homes Standard targets, with exceptional airtightness, triple glazing, and integrated renewables.

Our input covered foundation and superstructure design, including cantilevered patio slabs and steps. The result is a structurally efficient, sustainable home that demonstrates what’s possible in low-carbon residential construction.
